- How do I register with buyfastneasy?
If you are a new customer, go to the registration area, on the right hand side on the home page.
-How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Our target is to dispatch monday to friday all orders received by 2 p.m. that day. Any orders received after 2 p.m, will be sent the next working day.
-What happens if the goods are not in stock?
Goods can still be shipped up to 28 days after purchase. However, in this unlikely event, you will be offered the alternative of a full refund, instead of delivery of the product.
-Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We offer international shipping by International signed for or Air Sure (whichever is applicable to the destination country).
-How do I pay postage charges?
Delivery charges are calculated on the shopping basket page.
-What are your methods of payment?
We accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal. (See page How To Order on the information menu on our home page)
-How secure is it for me to pay with my card on your site?
All your card transactions will be handled by PayPal with its full protection.
-Does the price for the product include VAT?
Yes ... All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
-How do I pay postage cost?

-Can I contact buyfastneasy by phone?
We are an online business, and our customer support is supplied by email. We do all we can to answer any inquiries promptly. However, we would be prepared to phone you if necessary.
-Can I place my order by phone?
No ... Our Business is electronically set up to provide an efficient and fast service online.
-Can I change my order?
No ... In many instances goods are being dispatched within a very short time of receiving the order. You would need to arrange a refund and make a new purchase.
-I would like to return an item, how do I do it?
See our return policy in our Terms and Conditions, item 6 onwords.
-Do I pay the postage cost to return an item?
You are responsible for shipping cost when returning an item. This cost will be refunded if goods were found to be faulty when sent to you. (See Terms and conditions Item 6-13)
-How does the warranty work?
All of our products are under full Manufacturer’ s warranty. If the product requires repair or replacement under the warranty, please, contact the Manufacturer directly. (See Terms and conditions items 4.1 to 4.4).
